At our textile enterprises, quality control of products is carried out by technical control departments. Quality control of fabrics and piece products is evaluated by a set of indicators that may vary depending on the purpose of the fabric, conditions, etc.
Tissue quality indicators, methods for determining them, and sampling rules are specified in technical standards of regulatory legal acts.
Indicators are: raw material composition (fiber content,%); linear thread density (in Tex), the number of threads on the base; fabric width (in cm); surface density (in g/m2); breaking load (in n); color stability (in points); artistic and aesthetic indicators. Restrictions are required for all fabrics and piece products by defects (defects) in appearance.
To assess the quality of tissues, the simplest and most accessible method is used - organoleptic, which consists in external examination of tissues and the use of simple samples and measurements (fiber burning tests, microscopy, dissolution of fibers in chemical reagents, etc.).

Viscosity Testing
Melting the hot melt glue and measuring the viscosity at 160°C, 170°C, and 180°C.
Softening Point Test
Melting the hot melt glue, and load the glue in the ring, and put on the steel ball

Put the steel ball with hot melt glue in glycerol bath, and heating the glycerol.
Measure the temperature when the steel ball falling down, which is the softening point.

Melt the hot melt glue, and make the glue to sheet form. Cut the glue sheet into dumbbell shape.

Load the strength on dumbbell glue. Measure the elongation rate of glue.
Measure strength when the glue break, which is tensile strength of glue.
